- Please be aware that our products are limited in quantity and availability. If for this reason we cannot replace the item you originally ordered, we are more than happy to assist and help you out.

We do not absorb shipping costs if you are exchanging or returning an item unless it was damaged, defective, or the incorrect item.
- We will not be responsible for any loss or damage of goods in transit.
- Items to be returned or exchange must be in original packaging and in resaleable condition. Please pack and seal items you are returning securely.
- Once we received and accepted any returned goods, a cheque refund will be issued or exchange items will be sent. For exchange items, we will notify you of any applicable price adjustments.
- Please note that due to health regulations, earrings can not be return or exchange unless faulty. So please choose carefully.
