How to Order

1. Browse through our catalogue.

2. Take note of the Product ID and Product Name of the item you wish to purchase.

3. Choose the ordering option that best suits you (by email is the easiest and quickest way).

4. Decide on the payment option you wish to use.

5. Leave it with us and we will confirm your order within 24 hours.

Account Number will be sent with your invoice.

Credit Card (through Paypal)
Instructions on how to pay by credit card using secure Paypal payments will be sent with your invoice.

A Few Reminders

• Please be aware that our products are limited in quantity and availability and may change from time to time. Your order will be confirm order within 24 hours upon receipt of order.

• We will try our best to provide you as accurately as possible images of our products. But keep in mind that every person’s monitor shows colour a little differently. When ordering, please take these illustrations and colours as a guide only.

• Handcrafted products are entirely unique. Occasionally they may show color inconsistencies, variations in color or slight imperfections, but it gives character and only confirms their originality and authenticity.

• All measurements are approximates only.

• All succulent colours, measurements, descriptions and pot sizes are approximate. Please consider that plants may not be exactly the same as the images you see on screen due to growth, season and other factors that affect the appearance of the succulents. However, we will select the very best of our succulent plants as if you were selecting the succulents yourself.
