How come you don't have standard postage cost?

Postage or shipping costs depends on the destination and weight or cubic weight of the item whichever is higher. As we are located in Sydney, postage costs are normally cheaper compared to interstate.

I found the courier's cost a little expensive, can you send items by Australia Post instead?

Sure, if sending by Australia Post is cheaper then why not. We will always consider the cheapest possible postage costs. However, please note that delivery may take longer. Also, we do not recommend sending fragile/breakable items by Australia Post. Based on our experience, 3 out of 5 items we have posted by Australia Post have been damaged.

Do you have postage discounts?

Absolutely. If you purchased multiple items, all your purchases will be combined so you save on postage costs.

I've seen a product here that is currently listed on Oztion or eBay. How come the price is different?

Price depends on where the item is listed. Listed prices here on our website are generally cheaper because we do not pay listing and final value fees on sales. Prices at auctions vary depending on the sites' listing and final value fees.
