All deliveries will be via Courier unless it is cheaper by Australia Post. However, most fragile items will ONLY be posted by Courier.

Please take note Australia Post deliveries may take longer.

We deliver Australia wide and overseas.

Some items may not be available for delivery overseas. Please check with us before placing an order.

• Same day delivery.

NSW: Northern Rivers,Coffs Harbour, Port Macquarie, Albury, Wodonga
South QLD: Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Toowoomba

• Next day delivery.

VIC: Bendigo, Geelong, Mt Gambler*
North QLD: Cairns, Townsville, Mackay, Capricorn Coast, Wide Bay*

• 3 to 5 working days.

Perth, TAS, Country NSW & VIC*

• 5 working days.

NT and rest of SA, WA, QLD*

• 5 to 9 working days.

International

• To be confirmed after despatched. To be sent by post only.

Shipping Costs

• Fees and charges (if applicable) will be confirmed with your invoice. If you want a quote before you make an order, please send us an email.

  PLEASE NOTE: Breakable/fragile items such as ceramics, pottery, etc may incur additional charges.

Delivery Requirements

• For courier deliveries, we do not deliver to PO Box addresses. Also, we ask that someone must accept and sign for the delivery.

• Delivery times are indicative only. Tinda.com.au will not be held responsible or liable for any failure to observe these delivery times.

• Please ensure that you give us right the delivery address. If your item is re-delivered or re-directed to a different address, extra shipping cost will apply.

• We retain ownership of and title to the products you have ordered until you have made full payment.

• Some products may not be available or deliverable to areas outside of Sydney Metropolitan.

• Courier deliveries include Freight insurance.

• Breakable items may incur extra charge.

• All risk in the products you have ordered pass to you upon your payment and receipt of delivery.
